This is an ancient Yogic practice that is known as a special place - somewhere between being fast asleep and wide awake.

Yoga Nidra is a form of meditative self inquiry that can induce deep relaxation throughout the mind and body. It is proven to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, fear, anger and depression. many people who suffer from insomnia have founr this practice to be very helpful.

This is a simple practice that allows you to relax and follow along with the guided meditation.
